Survey Crew Chief

About the role

Lead a field crew running boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction-staking surveys for projects across Middle Tennessee.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute daily field work, safely and on schedule
• Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and UAV equipment
• Communicate field conditions back to project surveyors and PMs
• Mentor instrument operators and rodmen

What you bring

• 5+ years of field survey experience, including 2+ as crew chief
• Strong with Trimble or Topcon equipment and field software
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• LSIT or working toward licensure is a plus
