Senior Planner — Land Use

About the role

Lead entitlements, master planning, and land-use studies for private and public-sector clients in growing Southeast markets.

What you'll do

• Manage rezoning, special-use, and entitlement applications end-to-end
• Lead community engagement and present to councils and commissions
• Author land-use studies, area plans, and zoning analyses
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, and environmental teammates

What you bring

• Master's in Planning or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of planning experience; AICP preferred
• Strong public-presentation and writing skills
• Experience entitling complex mixed-use projects
