Lead architectural design and delivery on healthcare, education, and mission-critical projects. You'll set the tone for a small project team and coordinate with engineers down the hall.
What you'll do
- Own design intent from schematic through construction administration
- Coordinate directly with in-house structural, MEP, and civil teams
- Mentor junior architects and emerging designers
- Lead client design reviews and present at key milestones
What you bring
- Licensed Architect (RA) in TN or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 7+ years of project experience, including 2+ leading a project team
- Strong Revit and design-detailing fluency
- Experience in healthcare, education, or mission critical preferred
